-Backup any data the client requests*.
-Format Hard-drive(More on Formatting)
-Re-Install OS(Most Windows and Mac OS)
-Install Anti-Virus and Spyware Protection
-Completely Update Operating System
-Install Other Software
(Adobe Acrobat Reader and Flash Player,
iTunes/Quicktime, OpenOffice, and FireFox)

*Eligible data includes: pictures, music, videos, documents, etc. Does NOT include actual programs. Ex: Microsoft Word, Video Games, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
Up to 4.3GB free on backup. $5 per 4.3GB of data after the first 4.3GB. 4.3GB = 4,300MB.

Your computer probably needs some good maintenance. That's where we come in. itopy will get your computer back into good running condition*.

Some computer problems/malfunctions may need more advanced tools to detect the problems properly. In this case we can tell you what may be wrong in general idea during the House Call, but we would need to take your computer back to an itopy shop to run more extensive tests.
*Minimum ONE Hour per visit to customer location will be charged as soon as itopy Employee arrives at requested location.
